Prototype/Development Circuit Design and PCB Layout
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm currently undertaking a new electronic engineering project, requiring professionalism and precision. I'm in search of a proficient electronic engineer skilled in:
- Circuit Design
- PCB Layout
and more specific:
- digital electronics (ARM - STM32, max ~100Mhz interfaces e.g. MMC/SD, SPI, UART, CAN, Ethernet)
- analog electronics (measurement circuits up to ~20kHz, analog filters)
- BLDC controllers (in 0-200A, 24-300V ranges) supporting BLDC motors up to ~10kW
- power systems (DC up to 200A)
- radio communication systems (433Mhz, 868Mhz, 2.4Ghz, 5.8Ghz, Wifi, LoRa)
- remote control systems for unmanned vehicles
The main goal of this project is to build a prototype and then develop it for our client. As the project evolves, there may be subsequent modifications, therefore your expertise in troubleshooting and debugging will be an asset.
Additionally, while I have earmarked certain specific components for this project, I would appreciate a professional's input on component suitability, efficient alternatives, and additional requirements. Showcasing a good understanding of various electronic components and their compatibility with different circuit designs will be beneficial.
Your experience in product prototyping, specifically with the ability to integrate recommended and specific components seamlessly, will be essential for successful project completion. I am looking for a person involved in all parts of work ideation/design/prototype/development - work done mostly in KiCad. Looking forward to a fruitful collaboration and an amazing prototype.
Product specifications:
Layout based on STM32F303K8 or similar processor, allowing its programming.
The chip supports 5 I2C input signals from MS5837-30BA pressure sensors (unfortunately, there is no possibility to change the address)
The circuit supports 1 MGD1000 pump, 2 Hitec servo DB778WP servos and 1 AIGNEP solenoid valve - 01F 02 2 15 N0 with AB coil - SOL 100 24C 4000 - (Voltage 24V DC)
Control signal from the outside in the form of information transfer in both directions (can't remember at the moment but rather RS).
In addition, the circuit provides power to all components from the 24V line (from LiFePO4 cells outside the circuit, so the voltage varies depending on the charge).
The circuit will additionally support emergency power supply in the form of 2x18650 LiON.
The emergency power supply is designed to sustain the operation of the circuit to execute the emergency algorithm in 2 cases: 24V power failure and/or control signal message failure (sending).
Available dimensions of the system with 18650 batteries
Width140mm, depth 65mm, length 50mm - it is possible to increase this dimension.
