Programmable timer circuit for gradual sunrise/sunset mimic - 110VAC 300W

Hello, I am looking for a talented freelancer to build an electronic circuit capable of smoothly transitioning the illumination of incandescent or halogen domestic bulbs. This circuit should offer the flexibility to customize the duration of the gradual dimming and brightening process, from a few seconds to several hours in order to replicate the fading effect observed during sunset and sunrise. Furthermore, it is imperative that the circuit retains its programming in the event of a power outage. Ideally, I would like to integrate this entire circuit into a standard wall switch socket for domestic use.

Example: If I input 110 VAC to the circuit, the light will slowly fade-in for 45 minutes. If I turn it off, the light will slowly fade-out for 45 minutes.

If the additional cost is reasonable, I would request to include it as a bundle with a start and stop time set programmable timer.

Example: At 8:00 AM, the light will slowly fade-in for 45 minutes. At 10:00 PM, the light will slowly fade-out for 45 minutes.

Load circuit: Lights running on 110VAC and have about 10-300 Watts maximum. (standard American Fixture lights with a single pole switch)
