Program a Small Capacitive Touch Screen Microcontroller to a Relay Board

Job will be to program a small capacitive IPS, TFT LCD touch screen controller to a remote 12-channel relay board. UART2: TTL/CMOS. communications. There is software available for the small 2.1 inch touchscreen and menu icons, and to assist in firmware. The relay board would prefer to utilize Raspberry Pi Arduino and use pre-configured circuit board. for 12v relay outputs. The outputs will be controlled by the touch screen controller's selection icons and menu's. The conclusion is to have a circular touchscreen controller with visible picture/icons that will: 1) push to activate an ignition relay. 2) Menu's to activate all additional relays on/off functions with picture icons for each selected choice.
