5v or 3.3v Powersupply from AC volatge 230V

Hi, I am looking for getting a rock-solid power supply that gives me 3.3V or 5V DC(anyone) and delivers a current of 100 to 200mA, from a CT-like tap I can put on a Live wire of 230V Mains wiring. The AC voltage is 230V, 50Hz.
Deliverables - Circuit diagram, BOM with costing/ sources and support for testing when I build the circuit you provide.
