Power supply circuit design (schematics and parts list)

Power supply with soft start curcuit, termal amd surge protection system via heat sensors etc (3 stages: 1. Turn/speed up fans. 2. Were the temp is still too high after 10-15secs it lowers power supply output voltage lower the excessive heat is detected... )
3. When this heat remains excessive after power reduction system does its best to cool it down it goes into protection mode and has to be turned off then back on to be reset..
Note:
The system will have 5 selections: 1. soft start system, with input volt detection, i would also appreciate some sort of ac capacitor bank/setup in case of sudden high current pull from mains (110/220) 2. Main PSU with 10 outputs (60vdc x2, 80vdc x4, 100vdc x2, 120vdc x2 all at 15amps) 3. Temperature control system 4zones (each with own sensor and two fan outputs) 4. Protection system 5. Signal sensing to activate power supply or place in standby (for energy saving purposes)

System must be very reliable and low noise, there are tolerances for higher current output (up to two times) during cases of high loads but not less.

System load be able to run full load on all outputs if needed with no "cross talk" between output channels.
System will be subjected to; heavy, fluctuating and somes dynamic loads
