We need a design for a 250 V DC, 0 to 15 Amps DC with 0.25% ripple using a high frequency transformer for 100% isolation from mains. Short circuit protection at 20 amps maximum.
The same power supply to provide 8 x high frequency transformer outputs for 15 Volts DC 1 Amps, each individually isolated from each other and mains. With short circuit protection.
4 x 5 Volts DC 1 Amps outputs, isolated from each other and mains with short circuit protection.
This is all one unit and smd as far as possible. We need shunt resistors on each output for current measurement purposes.
The design consists of circuit design and Proteus or other simulation and PCB layout. Video of simulation required.. The overall dimensions to be as small as possible. 50 % duty cycle is acceptable for all outputs except the 5 volts outputs to be 100% duty cycle.
