Power Recharge Generator system for E Bikes

I need a engineer to design , which I have started and patented , which uses either a bicycle rotor and caliber , or if you have two e bike motors it uses the one not being used to use magnets and coils to system to charge a none using battery as our bikes have multi batteries which we have designed the electronics to be completely cut of with our switch system so no power goes in or out of the none used battery with a multi battery and multi motor system
