We are looking for an experienced **Electronics Hardware Design Engineer** with expertise in **Power Electronics, MPPT controller design, and Inverter development**. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing, developing, and testing power electronics circuits for renewable energy applications.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop power electronics hardware for **MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) controllers** and **inverters**.
- Develop efficient and reliable **DC-DC and DC-AC conversion circuits**.
- Work with microcontrollers, DSPs, and embedded systems for power electronics applications.
- Optimize PCB layout and circuit design for efficiency and thermal management.
- Conduct simulations and prototyping for design validation.
- Perform troubleshooting, testing, and debugging of hardware systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.

#### **Required Skills & Experience:**
- Strong expertise in **Power Electronics, MPPT algorithm design, and inverter topologies**.
- Experience with **MOSFETs, IGBTs, gate drivers, transformers, and power converters**.
- Proficiency in circuit simulation tools such as **LTspice, MATLAB Simulink, PSpice, or similar**.
- Hands-on experience in **PCB design** using tools like **Altium, Eagle, or KiCad**.
- Understanding of **battery management systems (BMS), solar energy systems, and grid-tied/off-grid inverters** is a plus.
- Experience in **firmware development** for power electronics is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and deliver quality results within deadlines.

- This is a **freelance/contract** role with flexible hours.
- The project involves hardware design, testing, and optimization of **MPPT controllers and inverters**.
