Power Electronics Design for 4G Module

I'm in need of a power electronics designer, proficient in designing power efficient modules for industrial environments. I'm working with an EC200U 4G module that runs on 3.8VDC, along with other peripherals that require 3.3V.

The input power for the system lies in the range of 12-18 VDC. The power management circuit designed should:

- Regulate Voltage: Ensure the voltage received by the EC200U module and peripherals is maintained precisely at their required levels.

- Provide Battery Backup: Ensuring constant supply of power to the 4G module even when the main power source is unavailable. When main power is available, the battery should be charged and system is power from main power.

Suitable candidates should have prior experience working with power electronics design, and specifically with industrial settings. Understanding the robustness needed in harsh industrial environments is key. Prior work with 4G modules will be given preference.
