I'm seeking an expert who can design and assemble a portable phototherapy system. This project involves multiple components, including an LED array, control system, thermal management, and safety features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and assemble an LED array to meet phototherapy standards. Specific irradiance and uniformity requirements will be provided later.
- Integrate LED drivers with dimming control, ensuring overcurrent protection is in place.
- Develop a control system using an ESP32 microcontroller for timer, dimming, and display functions.
- Implement a robust thermal management system using a heat sink, thermal paste, and an optional cooling fan.
- Design and fabricate an enclosure with proper ventilation and a mounting bracket.
- Ensure all safety features are implemented, including over-temperature protection and compliance with relevant IEC standards.
- Conduct comprehensive testing to verify irradiance levels, uniformity, thermal performance, and overall functionality.
