Plc coding for panel saw machine

I have a 2011 model panel saw machine with rotary encoders. Machine works well manuelly trough the screen but I need to make it automated with single recipe with 5 proportions in order (1 panel 5 cuts on y axis, x axis is just for the saw) it has a code right now but machine is having problems with multiple cuts on y axis. I need to get this fixed as soon as possible. Please only apply for the job if you are well experienced in the area. There is wecon plc running wcpproject app
