MP3 Player with File Transfer from Mobile WiFi/BT

Need to design a MP3 Player end to end .
Need to design a music player with following flow.
Audio content needs to be played from the device output to a speaker.
Option to play tracks as per definition to be triggered using external switch
Audio files need to be loaded into the device via bluetooth (or WiFi) into the on board memory (preferably NAND or uSD card).

Requirements :
Mp3 player with speaker output 3W ( no earphone option needed).
Voice recording - not mandatory -- good to have.
On board memory - NAND (on board) / uSD (removable).
Methods to update content -
Wireless via phone application - Bluetooth/WiFi
Optional method -- Update via USB Type C.
Option to remove the uSD card and update content offline and upload.
Power - Need to accommodate 1000mAh battery - preferably rechargeable battery pack that can be charged via Type C female connect on the device. Good to support fast charging (Type C Power distribution).
Min 5 IO to use a triggered for predefined fucntions.
