Pic Microcontroller UPS Programmer

I'm seeking an experienced programmer to create a custom software for a UPS system I'm designing. The software should be written in C and will run on a Pic Microcontroller.

Key Features:
- Battery Monitoring: The software should have the ability to monitor battery levels and give warnings when they are low.
- Power Failure Notifications: It should also be able to detect power failures and possibly trigger a notification system.
- Efficiency Optimization: The software should work towards making the UPS system as efficient as possible.

Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience in programming Pic Microcontrollers.
- Proficient in C programming language.
