3-Phase Solid-State Generator Schematics

I'm looking for an experienced engineer to create detailed schematics for a 3-phase solid-state generator. This generator will primarily be utilized in the renewable energy sector, specifically using electromagnets to generate EMF.
Key Requirements:
- The generator should math over unity but practice may be different.
- The stationary coils turn off and on in sequence in a triangle formation to simulate a rotating magnetic field. Alternating the polarity in the next magnet I. Sequence to chase around the circle create by a triangle.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge in electrical engineering and generator design.
- Prior experience in Electromagnetic induction.
- A true understanding of thermodynamics.
