Personal Low & High Power Electronics Engineer

I'm seeking an experienced electronics design engineer specializing in both low power and high power systems for a personal project.
Please include in your application:
- Your relevant experience in both low and high power electronics design
- Specific projects you've worked on that are similar in nature
- Any insights or ideas you may have for this project
You will teach me the design aspects of electronics on a regular basis. May be 2 to 3 hours a week. If you are very good and fast at design, price is negotiable. Mostly, I will give a circuit, we will do analysis and design of each component. Like Fmea, wca. Prior experience is highly desirable.
