Panel pilot ace controller programmed for a fuel level system

I am looking for a freelancer to program my Panel Pilot Ace Controller for a fuel level system. The fuel system should be programmed for diesel, require an electronic controller, and must have direct control programming capability. The successful freelancer should understand the technology behind programming a fuel level system and be knowledgeable in its use.
