PTZ Camera controller and interface design

We need an hw/sw interface for a linear actuators that can be controlled by off the shelf PTZ camera controllers. This would included an electrical interface and conversion to standard PTZ protocols like RS-422, RS-485, VISCA etc. This would allow the linear actuators that we are using to that use Hall effect control to interface to the PTZ protocols previously listed. The project would also include MAC/PC/Android/IOS apps that can control the interface
