I need a professional PLC programmer with extensive experience in Function Block Diagram to help me program a Fab Giant PLC from scratch. My current file is unstable and potentially dangerous, so a complete restart is necessary.
Key Requirements:
- Programming of 9 inputs and 4 outputs.
- Inputs should facilitate the Start/Stop of the machine, Sensor activations, and controlling various outputs in a specific sequence based on parameter checks.
- Implementing an emergency stop feature for safety.
- Use of Function Block Diagram for the programming logic.
The software for programming this PLC is free and I can provide access to it. I'm looking for someone who can ensure the programming is stable, safe, and fully functional.
