PLC Programmer for CNG Compressor
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm seeking an experienced PLC programmer to work with Automation Direct's Click PLC system. The programming will be done in Ladder Logic.
The project involves controlling a CNG compressor, along with various motors and sensors. Site has about a dozen sensors to monitor through something like a SCADA system plus I’ll need about a dozen outputs including two VFD’s to control things on site. Ideally I’d like to have it all set up so I can monitor and control the system with a mobile app.
The site is very remote but has power, a laptop, and Starlink Internet service. I’ve already purchased the PLC, plus all the sensors/vfds are currently installed. Looking for someone to write the codes, develop a graphic interface to display the status of the sensors and create the mobile app.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Expertise in Automation Direct’s Click PLC
- Proficiency in Ladder Logic programming
- Experience with industrial processes and machinery, particularly SCADA and PLC systems.
