PLC Programmer
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We are a Tier 3 Cannabis Producer/Processor located in Spokane, Washington. In this operation, we utilize an in-house developed controller for each grow room (see attached picture). These controllers consist of the following components/software:
PLC GE Versamax Mini, Part Number: GEFI200UDR064
GE Intelligent Platforms Proficy Machine Edition 8.0
Red Lion HMI, 6" Touch Indoor TFT, Part Number: G306A000
We are looking to find someone who can (1) perform service on several controllers that are having issues, and (2) identify a new controller platform/arrangement as the above-mentioned components are no longer being manufactured (we are expanding beyond WA). Many of the problems we need addressed are simple (e.g., reinstalling the program on existing controllers that "lost" the program, simple HMI programming to make the interface more friendly, etc.), but we developed these controllers using resources on the east coast, so we are lacking a local provider who can help us out on an ongoing basis. In other words, we do not have someone technical on staff.
