PLC Logo program 8.3 to modify.

I am looking to modify an existing PLC Logo program 8.3 and need someone experienced to help me out.
We are running Smc 5/2 way Solenoid valve and pneumatic cylinder only With one sensor. When the sensor see the object and activate the solenoid valve to run the cylinder. The logo 8.3 ladder program is done. What I want to modify that cylinder after going down come back within 0.2 seconds.
Note: I need this project modify now and send me within half an hour.
