PLC HMI Development for Industrial Automation
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm looking for a skilled professional to develop a Human-Machine Interface (HMI) for my industrial facility. The HMI will interface specifically with our Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
About the project: Currently I have a project with factory talk me for panelview from Allen Bradley. Its a panelview standard 10”. I am using emulator to simulate the hmi. I need help with setting up the graphics.
Key requirements for the project include:
- Real-time data display: The HMI must be capable of displaying real-time data from various points in the production process. This data should be presented in a clear and easily understandable format, aiding operators in monitoring the system.
- User-friendly navigation: The interface needs to be designed with the end-user in mind. It should be intuitive and easy to navigate, allowing operators to access the necessary information and controls quickly and efficiently.
- Alarm handling: The HMI should include an alarm system that can alert operators to any issues or deviations from the standard operation. This feature is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and safety of our production processes.
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Experience in industrial automation and HMI development
- Proficiency in working with PLCs and understanding of the underlying industrial control systems
- Strong UI/UX design skills to create a user-friendly interface
- Understanding of real-time data handling and alarm management
