PLC Code Development for Industrial Fans

I'm currently working on a project for my school, and I'm in need of an intermediate level expert who can assist me in writing PLC codes for 20 industrial fans. The fans will operate in both summer and winter mode.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write PLC codes for 20 industrial, Siemens brand fans
- Ensure the codes can track errors and controllers on a SCADA screen
- Assist in the overall project development
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Intermediate experience with PLC coding
- Proficiency in Siemens PLC systems
- Knowledge and experience working with industrial fans
