PCB (printed) /SCB (schematic) designing of a IoT based consumer electronic device

We are looking to the design a smart water bottle that contains sensors to measure the water content. We are looking for a consumer electronic and IoT sensor expert (you must have expert knowledge of sensors, IoT components, Raspberry Pi, Arduino etc.) to
1. understand the user requirements and design a system block diagram. Then, we will need to
2. select the electronic components e.g., microchips, sensors, displays, and connectors based upon the desired functions, target retail price of your product, ease of availability, durability, and supply chain issues. Then we need to
3. design the schematic circuit board (SCB), and printed circuit board (PCB). We need
4. to generate a bill of materials (BOM).
We have product designer who can take over from here e.g., 3D modeling, prototype build etc. Can you let us know what you can do? We don't expect you to end-to-end, however, if you can help in this collaborative work, it will help us to move faster.
