PCB modification and component addition -- 2

I need a freelancer to modify an existing PCB used for routing power, ground, and data lines. The PCB has no processor or firmware.

Requirements:
- Modify existing traces
- Add new components, primarily connectors, and potentially resistors
- Some layout changes are allowed, but connector placement and mounting holes must remain unchanged

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in PCB design and modification
- Experience with adding components and adjusting trace paths
- Ability to work within constraints and maintain critical layout elements
