PCB for trailer light tester -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Here is a list of things I need the PCB to be capable of:
- [ ] Read internal batteries and display power level on red/yellow/green LED when charging. Also display low battery (red) when not charging
- [ ] Be used as a charge controller for internal batteries when charged with USB-C cord (AC power)
- [ ] When internal batteries are fully charged, display this on a slow blinking green LED
-[ ] the internal batteries are 4, 18650 rechargeable batteries
- [ ] When 1 of 6 switches are flipped, and the external circuit on the trailer is good, display on 1 of 6 solid green LED
- [ ] When switch #6 is flipped, read external 12v DC battery and display power level on the same red/yellow/green LED as well as what is stated above
- [ ] When switch #1 and #6 are turned on, test internal battery level and display this on red/yellow/green LED
-[ ] Switch #1 labeled left blinker, switch #2 labeled right blinker, switch #3 labeled running lights, switch #4 labeled backup lights, switch #5 labeled brakes, and switch #6 labeled 12v battery
-[ ] Needs to have plug in connections on the board so I can add my own wiring
-[ ] Size does not matter, just needs to be as small as you can make it
