PCB design -- 2

I'm looking for an experienced PCB designer to work on a project for me. The desired size of the PCB is small (less than 5cm). The primary function of the board is integrate Bluetooth LE module with battery power module and a single stage charge amplifier. I have confidence that the designer will be able to determine the appropriate components to use on the board, so I do not have a specific list of components at this time.
