PCB Redesign and Arduino Programming Expert

I'm looking for a PCB design professional to assist with modifying an existing PCB board. The project involves working in Altium to:

- Add plated through holes to the PCB
- Incorporate through hole connections
- Provide expert advice on any further necessary modifications

Additionally, I need someone experienced with Arduino to program an LED board running the "fast light" program.
