PCB Modification for Educational DC Motor Project -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm working on an educational project involving a PCB for a radio-controlled toy. I need someone to modify the PCB to suit my needs. The modifications include:
- Changing the voltage from 12v to 5v
- Adding a lithium battery charging circuit with overcharge protection, temperature monitoring, and over consumption safeguards
- Incorporating an H-Bridge to control a medium load DC motor, typically suited for toy cars
The modifications are
1. Replace Q3 transistor with more powerful one (as you new).
2. Remove the lock interfaces
3. No need for 12v, instead we are going to use 5v
4. Lithium battery charger circuit and capacity reading
5. Add H-bridge to control DC motors that need a range of voltage 3 to 6v. This means that The interface can run 6v or 3v dc motors. I don’t want to run them together at the same time
6. I need to have OLED interface and NFC interface like our old 5v circuits.
Keep the dimensions the same
The ideal candidate for this project should have extensive experience in PCB design and modification, particularly in the context of consumer electronics and educational projects. Knowledge of DC motor control and lithium battery charging circuits is essential. A keen attention to detail and ability to work to specifications will be critical.
