PCB EMI/EMC & Layout Optimization

I'm seeking an expert to review my PCB for layout, functional and EMI/EMC issues and suggest layout improvements. The primary aim is to ensure compliance with Australian regulations and produce a working end product.

The product is a grain weightometer for measuring grain going over a convetor and into a truck using loadcells and a speed sensor. This will be used in a ag environment and fed from a 12v battery/12v alternator on a petrol motor. I can provide altium files for your review.

Key Tasks:
- Conduct a thorough EMI/EMC review of the PCB.
- Conduct transient suppresion review
- Propose layout improvements, particularly focusing on component placement and trace routing.
- Advise on grounding strategies to enhance compliance and performance.
