PCB Driver Development for TFT LCD with Bluetooth Communication -- 2

We are looking for a freelance electronics engineer to design and deliver a PCB that acts as a driver for a TFT LCD (model: MX-B10HR50-IS23). The board must receive color commands via Bluetooth and display a single static color on the entire screen (no image rendering). Duration: 3 months.

The project includes:

- Selection and implementation of a suitable microcontroller
- Full schematic and circuit design (generating required LCD signals and voltages)
- Power supply design (AC or battery-powered, based on engineering judgment)
- Bluetooth communication with a basic Android app (to be developed by the freelancer)
- USB interface for debugging and calibration (CDC Virtual COM preferred)
- PCB layout and production files (Gerber, BOM, Pick and Place, etc.)
- Development of functional firmware
- Assembly and testing of one working physical prototype

Specific Requirements:

- Microcontroller must be from a Western brand, cost-effective, and widely available in the Americas
- USB Type-C connectors must be used
- PCB must fit within the frame of the 10.1" LCD without obstructing the display area
- Full technical documentation is required (schematics, layout, block diagrams, etc.)

Deliverables:

- Complete technical documentation
- Functional firmware
- Assembled and tested working prototype

Preference: Freelancers with experience in LCD driving, Bluetooth communication, and embedded systems development
