PCB Design for Compact Health IoT Device

Job ID: 38975505

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I'm in need of a seasoned PCB designer to assist in crafting a compact and efficient IoT device tailored for health monitoring. The device will interface with VOC sensors (PS1 & PS4-VOC-10-MOD) and employ an ESP32 or a similar microcontroller for wireless communication, as well as executing on-device AI models.

Key Requirements:
- The design needs to prioritize low power consumption, making it suitable for wearable or portable use.
- A primary focus of this device will be monitoring human breath, so expertise in integrating and utilizing VOC sensors is crucial.
- Long battery life is of utmost importance, far more than a rechargeable battery or energy harvesting capabilities.

Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience in PCB design, particularly using KiCad.
- Proven track record in designing compact, low-power IoT devices.
- Familiarity with health monitoring devices and their design requirements.
- Proficiency in interfacing with ESP32 or similar microcontrollers.
- Understanding of AI model execution on microcontrollers.
