PCB Design for an Automatic Transfer Switch (110v AC input) and 12V battery charger

I'm seeking a skilled PCB designer with experience in designing PCBs for AC/DC voltage applications.
The PCB will be for a Automatic Transfer Switch and 12V battery charger (Lead acid/Gel/Lithium/LifePo4), that receives 110V AC as input, and switches to battery, when input source (110v) stops working. When power source is working, it must efficiently charge the battery without damaging it on long term usage,
The output must be able to handle up to 50Ah of power consumption draw from connected battery and output voltage must be switchable from 12V to 6V.
Key requirements:
- Expertise in PCB design
- Experience with different battery types: Lead acid/Gel/Lithium/LifePo4
- Knowledge of relevant safety and design standards
