PCB Design Adjustments in Altium -- 2

I'm seeking assistance with my existing PCB design in Altium. The project involves some minor modifications to accommodate new power management components, ensuring a 90-ohm differential USB trace, and improving the overall thermal performance of the board.

Key tasks include:
- Adding new power management components to the existing design.
- Adjusting USB traces to meet 90-ohm differential impedance requirements and enhancing noise/ESD protection.
- Implementing strategies to reduce heat across the PCB.

I'm looking for someone with a strong background in PCB design, particularly with Altium and ESP32, who can help optimize my design in a quick 1-2 hour session. Experience with implementing ground fills, hash patterns, and ground traces for noise/ESD protection and crosstalk minimization would be highly beneficial.
