PCB Connection and Stepper Motor Control

I need an expert who can help me identify the connections on my printed circuit board (PCB) to various components. There are available pins on the board for bonding. After establishing the connections, I need operations performed to control a stepper motor which is connected to the board.
All communication and connections to be performed through Bluetooth LE
