OpenPLC and Factory IO Project
Budget: $10 – $100 USD
Attached is a factory IO scene, that I would like to simulate it using open plc. The scene creates 3 boxes of a different colors (green, grey, and blue). They moved down on the main conveyor belt. conveyor belts also have vision sensors. 3 pick and place machines should grab them based on the output of the vision sensor and place them on another belt.
The program also needs to count the number of each box. also needs to indicate how things are going with stack lights.
Green light means grabbing more items
red means missing items
yellow means doing what it suppose to do
