Open Collector Pulses Translation Interface

In this project, we require the development of an efficient interface that is capable of accepting open collector pulses, primarily from a coin selector, and translating them into a protocol known as SSP developed by Innovative Technologies. The primary responsibilities will entail:

- Accepting open collector pulses as the main function of the interface.
- Work primarily with a coin selector device.
- Translating the accepted open collector pulses into protocol messages.
