Ongoing Quality Assurance for Product Descriptions - Electrical/Engineering Focus Open

We are looking for a long-term partner in quality assurance/control with an expertise in electrical engineering to periodically review and enhance our product descriptions and marketing materials. The candidate will ensure technical accuracy, industry-standard compliance, and clear communication to our audience. Tasks include verifying details, ensuring consistency, and enhancing readability while maintaining technical authenticity. Here is the details: Our website is LEDCITYUSA.com. We have 1500 different skus that break down to about 500 products. Our graphic design team creates product videos, social media posts, product specification sheets, showroom displays, installation guides, product brochures, webpage descriptions, landing pages for online ads, and other content. We are looking to hire someone with electrical engineering experience that understands the USA market place, our audience (electrical contractors), our product, and our competitors product well enough to assure the quality of our content. Our products manufactured are a bit different than the factories standard product. So understanding that difference between our vendors specs and the product our vendor’s are making for us is critical. The QA can edit text within the content if it is easy enough to do, or if the content is not as easily editable, they can task the edit back to the graphic team.
