Omni wheel robotics project

I am looking for someone who can :
- Design an omni wheel robot (3 or 4 or 8 wheels) with the electronics.
- Must be fast robot.
- Make a code for the robot. Entries parameteres for the robot (Wired or not) : Direction movement, distance, acceleration and speed.
- Find me where to buy the components to make the robot with good prices.
- Assist to make the robot after receiving the components.
