Non-deterministically biased hardware RNG
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need a random number generator circuit designed and built for my research project. The RNG must have the following characteristics:
The circuit must be capable of delivering and maintaining a steady stream of randomness
The circuit needs to be interfaceable to a computer system via a standard USB port
The circuit must be capable of delivering randomness at a rate adjustable through the USB serial interface.
The circuit must be biasable, The bias should be deliverable via the USB serial interface. The bias should affect the RNG non-deterministically.
The circuit must be powered using the USB port.
Other requirements are flexible. Ideally we will have the opportunity to discuss my requirements together before you perform the work.
Acceptance criteria consists of:
1. Schematic design
2. Parts list
Ideally, you also have the capacity to deliver a completed and working unit. If so, please indicate this in your quote.
