Need a wiring / circuit schematic designer.

I have a small project which needs a circuit schematic, along with load verification to make sure the hardware will function with no shorts, overcurrent, etc. Possible additional small components (resistors, etc.) might need to be added. It's for a linear actuator power by a dc motor (12VDC, 3Amax), and a pre-built circuit card type computer. Would also like to include a 6v or smaller motor if possible to spin brushes. Powered by standard 120VAC wall outlet with a convertor.
