Project Description: Need Engineer to Find Low Cost Device and Software

I am looking for an engineer who can help me find a low-cost device and software for my project.

Device Requirements:
- The device should be industrial rated and have RTU, Modem and LoRA radio module all in one enclosure.
- The device should have a minimum of 4 Analog and Digital Inputs
- The device should have a minimum of 4 Analog and Digital outputs
- Software has settable points for callout system
- Product needs to work in USA
- I am open to suggestions and recommendations as I do not have a particular product in mind.
- My budget for the device is less than $100.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in sourcing and researching low-cost electronic devices.
- Knowledge of different types of electronics devices available in the market.
- Ability to compare and evaluate different options based on price, quality, and functionality.
- Familiarity with software compatibility and integration with the chosen device.
