Need Electronic control

Natural gas oven control to put oven in standby mode when baking is not needed. In standby mode it interupts call for heat and keeps burner off and delays ignition for setable time. It will then turn burner on for set time in order for oven to maintain some heat. This cycle will continue until Oven trigger when pos prints new order ticket to return to full baking heat within 2 mins time. If no order prints within 10 min s time it goes back to standby mode. Trigger will have to be wifi capable as printer is not located by oven and be able to sense when a new ticket is printed. Must be compatible with Middleby Marshall conveyor ovens.
