I need an experienced electronics engineer to design a two-layer PCB (~25mm x 25mm) and develop firmware for my AI necklace, a wearable powered by a Nordic nRF52840 chip, Knowles mic, CUI speaker, tactile button, LED, and LIR2032 battery.
Deliverables: Gerber files, schematic, BOM, placement files compatible with JLCPCB, and a .hex firmware file.
Requirements:
1. Two-layer PCB, 1.6mm-2mm thick, high TG FR4 for impact resistance.
2. IP67 waterproof: conformal coating, wide traces (0.3mm signal, 0.8mm power), IP67-rated button, acoustic mesh for mic/speaker.
3. Drop-proof: mounting holes, shock-resistant layout, stress analysis.
4. Wearables-ready: smooth edges, ground planes for EMI reduction.
5. Firmware: Nordic nRF5 SDK (C) for button press (GPIO trigger), BLE audio streaming to Flutter app, LED/speaker control, low-power mode (~5mA TX), supporting 20-min voice sessions.
Provide a waterproofing spec sheet for my jeweler.
