Multi-Sound MP3 Board Design
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I'm seeking an electronics engineer to create a sound board capable of playing 8 quality sounds simultaneously. Or simply one at a time. This board should only rely on pure electronics hardware, with no programming or coding involved.
Key Specifications:
- Sound output of 3 to 5 watts.
- Power requirement of 5 to 9V DC, 1000MA DC.
- Integrated volume control.
- Onboard memory to store sound files, with 64MB minimum for each channel.
- Ability to play 8 MP3 sound files, either sequentially or all at once.
- Individual push button control for each of the 8 sounds.
- Design to include Gerber files, BOM file, and Pick and Place file for PCB production.
Additional Details:
- The power connector for the board should be a barrel jack.
- Any reliable parts are acceptable, as I do not have preferred manufacturers.
- I will provide a picture of a similar board from 5 years ago if necessary.
- Funds will only be released upon receipt of a fully operational board.
I have released funds before for completed projects, but they simply didnt work!!

Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Extensive experience in designing electronics hardware.
- Previous experience with sound board projects is a plus.
- Proficient in creating comprehensive PCB production files.
- A strong commitment to delivering functional and reliable designs.
