Motorized 3 axis Pan/Tilt /Dutch/ Roll Head
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a requirement for a (3-Axis) Motorized Dutch Roll Pan Tilt Head (Only Electronics Part)
Note: I have already have 2 axis (Pan and Tilt) code in hand with Joystick. Due to time constrains with the mechanical parts, I am opting for freelancing.
** If you are capable of doing it, then quote or else stay away period **
- The head uses 3 high torque, coreless 12V DC/stepper motors that rotate - pans tilt & roll the head 360° . The head will be capable to handle a load capacity of 15-18 Kgs (Only the camera weight). The communication with the Drivers and Controller are with WIFI and optionally with the wire
The reference speed of the motors:
- PAN Motor Speed (Fast at 5 Sec, Slow at 1 min 20 Sec),
- TILT Motor Speed (Fast at 10 Sec, Slow at 1 min 20 Sec),
- ROLL Motor Speed (Fast at 8 Sec, Slow at 1 min 20 Sec)
Controller is Wireless; and the movement is controlled by a Joystick. Movement, Damping and Dead Spot Control is a must coz the dead spot prevents the head from stopping suddenly with a jerk. The Damping control prevents the Head from stopping with a jerk enabling you to achieve smooth endings.
