FM Modulator & Amplifier Design in Proteus

I'm looking for an expert in Proteus who can design both an FM modulator and its corresponding amplifier. The specific details and specifications for the devices will be discussed later, but please be proficient in handling aspects like frequency range, power output, and signal-to-noise ratio.
Assumptions:
Existing FM Modulator Design can be used. FM Circuit is available.
Output of FM Modulator has to be amplified as per below requirements 

Requirements
Power Input: 220/240 AC.
The Circuit (including FM Modulator and Amplifier)power requirements are met from the above power input.
0 to 1200w Amplifier circuit to Amplify the output from FM Modulator, power can be adjusted using a regulator
Also provide cooling fan circuit for cooling the amplifier 
50-ohm impedance output
RF Power output
