Mobile App - Scan and Print
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
Here are the requirements:
1. Will use a Zebra MC3330 RFID scanner
2. User will log in with a simple log and select "Scan and Print"
3. User will use the barcode scanner to scan a barcode (turn on scanner automatically)
4. Device will populate a printer template for a label with the following information:
1. Last 8 characters of the barcode in large text
2. Barcode
3. Full text of the item that was scanned - full number the barcode is associated with
4. The date of the scan
5. The full number will also need to be sent to the printer for encoding on an RFID chip.
6. The printer will be a Zebra but not sure of the model at this point - probably a ZT411
7. The information will need to go to a database including the user, scan time, print time, barcode number.
8. Once printed, the RFID scanner on the handheld should turn on to validate the printed tag and compare it to what was scanned. If it matches, it returns to the scan function automatically. If there is not a match an error screen pops up and the user has to rescan the barcode.
