Mixed Data Entry & Printing Hardware Development

I'm looking to develop a hardware device capable of data entry and printing. It should be equipped with a keyboard for data entry and have both black and white, as well as color printing capabilities and the vga output is needed to attach lcd as a screen. The data to be handled by this device is mixed - encompassing both text and numerical data. I also want to interface camera with it which can capture pictures when we save the data

Key Requirements:
