Miniature Continuity Tester with 5 different Resistance Ranges, 2 LED and button electrical contacts

Preferably ATTINY or PIC microcontroller based

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to develop a miniature continuity tester with specific resistance ranges (5 resistance ranges as below), LED indicators, and button electrical contacts. The project requires the following skills and experience:

1. ATTINY or PIC programming
2. Electrical schematic preparation

The required Resistance Ranges and corresponding outputs are: (two different models are required, one with LED output and another with vibration output)
Model 1:
- Range 1: 0-250Ω - LED Green will light up continuously
- Range 2: 250-500Ω - LED Green will blink intermittently
- Range 3: 500-1k - LED Red will light up continuously
- Range 4: 1k-2k - LED Red will blink intermittently
- Range 5: >2k - No LED

Model 1:
- Range 1: 0-500Ω - Vibration Motor will run continuously
- Range 2: 500-1000Ω - Vibration Motor will run intermittently (2seconds run, 1 second gap, 2 seconds run, 1 second gap... and so on)
- Range 3: >1k - Vibration Motor will not run

LED will be SMD type bicolour LED or RGB led depending on the cost. Smallest size is preferred
Vibration motor will be as small as possible. Vibration motor should be working only if vibration

The size of the continuity tester's PCB board should be less than 3cm (less than 2.5cm preferred) in diameter and shape should be circular.

The battery used should be CR2450 or smaller button cell

The system should be self waking on connecting circuit and should go into sleep mode after 5 seconds, when not connected.

The current output through the terminals should not be more than 1mA at any time. A resistance in series can be used for the same

https://github.com/wagiminator/ATtiny13-ContinuityTester has a sample circuit for continuity tester. What we want is a similar circuit but with 4 resistances (and hence 5 ranges) instead of 1 resistance in the example

Required:
1. Final Schematic
2. Firmware Code
3. Proof of Concept

If you have the necessary skills and experience in developing miniature continuity testers and are available to work on an industrial project, please submit your proposal.
